Application Procedure

The Trust will consider all applications that reflect the purpose of the Trust twice a year.

  • Applicants must use the application form - see below.

  • Applications will be considered twice a year.

  • The closing dates are February 28 and August 31 in each year.

  • Trustees meet and have the sole discretion to fund or not fund an application.

  • Notification to applicants will be sent a month after the respective closing date, or earlier.

  • No correspondence with the Trustees should be sought.

Evaluation Procedure

Evaluation of the project is in two parts:

  • After six months a progress report is requested.

  • After twelve months a full report is requested showing the objectives have been met as outlined on the application form.

  • If the grant has not been used for the purpose applied for, the money is to be returned to the Trustees.
