Application Procedure
The Trust will consider all applications that reflect
the purpose of the Trust twice a year.

Applicants must use the application form - see below.

Applications will be considered twice a year.

The closing dates are February 28 and August 31 in
each year.

Trustees meet and have the sole discretion to fund or not
fund an application.

Notification to applicants will be sent a month
after the respective closing date, or earlier.

No correspondence with the Trustees should be sought.

Evaluation Procedure
Evaluation of the project is in two parts:

After six months a progress report is requested.
-
After twelve months a full report is requested showing the
objectives have been met as outlined on the application form.

If the grant has not been used for the purpose applied for,
the money is to be returned to the Trustees.
